Handful offers free shipping on returns and exchanges for US orders. International orders will incur return shipping fees. Original shipping charges (if applied) are not refundable. All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must be returned in original and unused condition.
Submit a return request by clicking here. You will be emailed return instructions and a postage paid label. Your order number can be found on the confirmation email received at the time of your purchase, or as the PO number on the packing slip included in your shipment. Once your package has been received by our warehouse, you will receive an email notification when your exchange order or refund has been processed (typically in 5-7 days).
Items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Please make sure you are getting the correct size when you purchase a final sale item.
