SHIPPING


Orders received before 12pm pst Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 12pm pst Monday - Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day. Orders are typically delivered within 1-7 days. Please consult tracking numbers for up-to-date delivery details.  

 

Handful offers free domestic shipping on all orders via USPS First Class Mail for orders $75 or higher. There is a flat shipping rate of $6 for orders under $75. USPS Priority Shipping is also available for $8.

 

International shipping is available for select locations. We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International. Your country may require you to pay customs and duties upon entry prior to delivery. If you don't see your country listed as an option, please contact us at customerservice@handful.com

RETURNS


Handful is happy to offer our customers free shipping on returns for all domestic orders, however, returns or exchanges of international orders will incur return shipping fees. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping charges on any orders. All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase for a refund and within 60 days for an exchange or store credit. 

 

Returns are easy! Submit a return request by clicking on the button below. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions with a link to a postage paid label. You simply need your order number and zip code to get the process started. Your order number can be found on the original order confirmation email and on the packing slip included in your shipment. Exchange orders are submitted when your return is scanned as in transit. Refunds and store credit are issued when our warehouse confirms return receipt. We will send you an email notification when your exchange order, refund or store credit has been processed. 

 

If you are purchasing a final sale item, please make sure you double check your sizing as final sale items are not eligible for returns. 

 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at customerservice@handful.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage/defect and a photo.
