Handful offers free domestic shipping on orders of $125 or higher via USPS First Class Mail. For orders under $125, there is a flat shipping rate of $6.95. Expedited USPS Priority Shipping is available for $10. UPS 3 Day Shipping is available for $15.
International shipping is only available to select locations. We ship international orders via USPS First Class Mail International. Your country may require you to pay customs and duties upon entry prior to delivery. If you don't see your country listed as an option, please contact us at customerservice@handful.com.
Orders received before 12pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 12pm PST Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a U.S. Holiday will ship the next business day. Orders are typically delivered within 1-7 days. Please consult tracking numbers for up-to-date delivery details.
Returns and exchanges are free and easy!
We are happy to offer free return shipping for all domestic orders. Submit a return request by clicking on the button below. Once we receive your request, we will email you instructions with a link to a postage paid label. You’ll need your email address and order number to get the process started. Your order number can be found on the original order confirmation email and on the packing slip included in your shipment.
Exchange orders are processed as soon as your returned parcel is scanned by the USPS. Refunds or store credits are issued when items are received at our warehouse. We will send you an email notification when your exchange order, refund, or store credit has been processed. We are not able to refund shipping charges on any orders.
International customers will incur return shipping fees and should contact customerservice@handful.com for instructions.
All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase for a refund to original payment method and within 60 days for an exchange or store credit.
If you are purchasing a final sale item, please make sure you double check your sizing as final sale items are not eligible for returns.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at customerservice@handful.com and provide your order number, a description of the damage/defect and a photo, if possible.
