SHIPPING
Handful offers free U.S. shipping on all orders via USPS First Class. Expedited USPS Priority is $10, and UPS 3-Day Shipping is $15.
We offer international shipping to select locations via USPS First Class Mail International. Customs duties may apply upon entry. If your country isn't listed, contact us at customerservice@handful.com.
Orders placed before 12pm PST, Monday-Friday, ship the same day. Orders after 12pm PST, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes 1-7 days. Check tracking for updates.
WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer a 12-month limited warranty for your Handful purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the original purchase date. If your items is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or provide a store credit for the original purchase amount.
This warranty does not cover; Normal wear and tear, including fading, stretching, or pilling. Damage caused by improper care, washing, or drying. Accidental damage, misuse, or alterations. Issues due to excessive or unintended use

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free return shipping for domestic orders. To start, click the button below, submit your request, and we'll email a prepaid label with instructions. You’ll need your email address and order number, found in your confirmation email or packing slip.
Domestic exchange orders are processed once your return is scanned by USPS. Refunds or store credits are issued when items arrive at our warehouse, and you'll receive an email notification once processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Â
International returns and exchanges will incur return shipping fees. Contact customerservice@handful.com for instructions.
All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase for a refund to original payment method and within 60 days for an exchange or store credit.Â
If you receive a defective or damaged item, email customerservice@handful.com with your order number, a description, and a photo if possible.
Bras, leggings, biker shorts and Chillax items priced or discounted under $25 are FINAL SALE. If you are purchasing a final sale item, please make sure you double check your sizing as final sale items are not eligible for returns.Â
