As a Right sided modified radical mastectomy patient it was important for me to find a bra that didn’t make it obvious that I was wearing a prosthetic.
Handful has delivered on that! And they are so comfortable that you forget you’re wearing a bra at all. I ordered both black and Hey-Honey colors and I love them both.
My only snafu would be that the Hey-Honey color almost seems to have worn out a little more in the armpit of the right side so it seems a little droopy. The black one has not done that and I’ve probably worn that one more than I have the Hey-Honey color.

This is my favorite bra and I hardly wear my expensive fancy bras as I love the comfort! For a bra of this type it actually enhances the bust and no flat boobs! I have the white, nude and black and that covers me for any tee or top I might wear. I hand launder, hang to dry and ready to go.
The quality is excellent and only once did I have an issue with a strap that broke and I received an immediate replacement. The customer service is personal and fast. No wonder my daughter is a spokesperson for Handful! As a fitness instructor and business woman, this is her go to bra and she loves their active wear!!

I bought this bra because I am a breast cancer survivor (double mastectomy - no reconstruction) and like to wear bras with "Knitted Knockers" inserted in the pockets. The difficulty is that they tend to ride up on my flat chest. It is hard to find bras with long enough adjustable straps. In others I have used I have to wear the straps out on the side of my arm instead of on top of my shoulder. Because this bra can be worn with straps crossed, if I extend the straps all the way and wear it without crossing the straps, I can pull it down much lower on my torso. This seems to work much better and the stretch band is very comfortable around my midsection, not tight. I think this will be my new go-to bra.

This was my first handful purchase and I’m very happy with it. The fit is great and it’s comfortable all day long. I do think the pads are too thick and the front gathered middle crease shows through in some shirts. Those things are not bothersome enough to keep me from purchasing more.

The ribbing or stitching design between the Cups of the bra show through my blouses preventing a smooth look. I was disappointed by the effect it gave
. Also the two pads provided were not sufficient to improve the appearance of “breasts” under my tee shirts and blouses. I have a double mastectomy and failed reconstruction which left me concave and the usual Silicone prosthetics are very uncomfortable.I also thought that you were sending me additional pads because of my mastectomy which I haven’t received. Love these bras! I know have 4..... However, I have two in a L and two in a M. The medium does fit tighter but seems to stretch as I wear it. Either size works well for me dependong on how I wear the straps and or how tight I make them.

Love it! Remarkably comfortable and supportive without underwires. I wore it all day on the weekend and then ordered another color. For reference, I am a 38 C/D bra size and the large was perfect. Band was the right size, cups were great, and the adjustable straps stay in place and do not inch toward the neck and bother at all. I also ordered a set of thinner pads as I don't always need the original/thicker ones when not going to work or out. Did I mention...love it!

Hello! I have not yet purchased this bra and wanted a little bit of feedback before I do. I'm looking for a comfortable, everyday bra that I can use throughout my pregnancy. I'm growing in bra size and wonder if this will grow to support me. I'm just entering my second trimester and my patagonia barely bras that I regularly wear have been too low on support for a few weeks now (although I can still sleep in them). Anyone use this bra during pregnancy or have feedback as to how this would work as a daily bra during pregnancy?

A friend told me about Handful and I gave it a try. Let me tell you, this is better than any mastectomy bra and prosthetic I've ever worn! It's light, so soft and comfy, and the pads are perfect! They don't slip and shift and move around like what I had been using. I never thought I'd be excited about a bra!!

As a breast cancer survivor, this is the ONLY bra that fits me comfortably...it doesn't irritate the area where I had surgery, nor does it irritate the port in my chest. The removable pads float on top of my breasts without applying any unwanted pressure. You can easily put any type and any amount of padding or prosthetic in the bra...results are very natural. Loved the concept for the bra, but it didn't work for me. I measured my chest and found that I wear a M instead of the S t-shirt I normally wear. The M was not big enough or supportive enough for my chest. Plus the skinny straps dug in almost immediately. On the plus side, the pocket for padding helped because one side is smaller than the other. Will be sending back.

The Adjustable Bra is my everyday bra. The thinner straps are adjustable and can be changed depending what you’re wearing. Fabric is super comfy. For me there’s not enough support for working out, but it’s perfect the rest of the time. If you’re used to an underwire, give this bra a try. Love Love Love!

This is a very comfortable bra. I love the convertible straps. Having recently had a mastectomy, I need a bra with a pocket in the cup for breast inserts. So far, all I had found were sports bras. They worked fine, but when wearing a top that had a wide neckline, the straps always showed. Call me old fashioned, but that ruined the look. This bra works great for all types of tops! I highly recommend.

Sorry, look horrible in pictures. But I’m 170lbs about 5”6, I believe if I did wear a bra it would be a 36C/D One Boob is bigger than the other. I ordered the large and it fits perfect. It’s all I wear. Hope this helps

This is a very comfortable bra overall. Particularly compared to another Handful bra I own, it fits perfectly, the material is soft, and the band is not at all constricting. I do feel that the narrow straps dig a little bit more than the wide straps of my old bra, therefore, not quite a 5 start rating. But it's pretty close. I would absolutely buy this again.

I’ve been searching for a bra/sports bra that gives me just the right amount of padding for my very small breasts. This bra fits the bill!! I’ve had a few breast surgeries on top of an already small cup size so its been hard finding the right fitting bra. So I like this bra, although after wearing it once I quickly realized that where the straps connect on my back, really hurt when sitting back against a chair, etc. it digs into my back which is disappointing.

I had extensive radiation to my lungs as part of treatment for stage 4 kidney cancer in 1966, 4 months before my 2nd birthday. I never developed a breast on my left side. I've had multiple reconstructive surgeries in hope of appearing "normal". In 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer in my right breast. I had a lumpectomy and radiation. Finding a bra that meets my needs and doesn't look like a grandma bra has been a struggle. Recently had a mammogram that was not good. 8 biopsies later, no cancer. Yeah for now. Always waiting for the other shoe to drop. I like that your bras have a seam down the center. I can't tell you how many bras I have had to alter to fit my needs. Without the seam in pocket bras, the prosthesis slide back and forth. Definitely not a good look! The only suggestion would be to widen the band a bit. A lot of breast surgery is done at the under side of the breast. The trade off for visual esthetics is often scar tissue along bra lines. By widening the band it lessens the irritation, pressure on scars. Sorry to ramble but you asked! :)

Being a Uni it’s been hard to find a bra that still supports my remaining side and doesn’t ride up on my flat side. I’ve been through quite a few bras. I’m so glad that I bought the Handful on someone’s recommendation. It fits perfect while still supporting and doesn’t ride up at all. It’s now the only bra I wear. In terms of comfort it’s one of the most comfortable bras I own. It doesn’t irritate my mastectomy scar. I just love the bra.
