Handful takes your privacy seriously. What happens in your Handful, stays in your Handful. It’s your business…we won’t tell. In addition, we respect your digital privacy as well.

Personal Information

We may share your personal information (including name, address, telephone number, and shopping behavior) in the following ways:

  • If you purchase Handful products through our website or by placing an order by phone or email, we may share your name, postal address, and shopping history with like-minded organizations whose privacy policies meet the Direct Marketing Association’s privacy standards, for their direct mail marketing purposes. We do not share email addresses and member numbers for such purposes. We also do not share personal information about customers who only browse our website, email comments, or request email updates.   • We may share your information when we partner with another company to offer or provide products, services, contests, or promotions to our customers.

The Information We Gather

Whenever you purchase products from Handful, become a registered shopper, or participate in our loyalty program, we collect and store your personal and transactional information in our customer database. This information is generally used to process your transactions, respond to your requests and, if you are a member, calculate your member points. You may also receive periodic printed or e-mail communications from us about new products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events. Please note that your email address is never sold or shared with any other company.  In the unlikely event of a sale or merger of Handful, Inc. our customers’ personal information and other information we have collected as described in this policy may be among the transferred business assets.

We refer to this as "Bra Size Information" and we promise to never use that information for nefarious reasons.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. We are not talking about your "Bra Size Information." 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns including advertising and retargeting campaigns).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
