I've been wearing these for over a decade, and I love them. However, sizing has varied over the years. My advice is to chooses a size based on your ribcage measurement. I am 120lbs and a size 2. I wear a small in everything and have a AA cup size. However, I just had to exchange the small for a medium.
I am new to Handful bras. Found them at a cancer center boutique after a mastectomy. These bras are comfortable and stylish. Love the stackable pads, too. So glad I found them!

Love this bra. I had a double mastectomy with a Goldilocks closure. I needed something cute and comfortable for everyday. This bra fits the bill and I love that it can also be used as swimwear. I started off using the padding, but now I'm confident enough to go without. Nothing digs in and the ruching is a nice touch.
I purchased this after my cancer diagnosis and double mastectomy with flat closure. The material is so soft against the skin, and the inserts, when I choose to use them, are amazing! The customer service is top notch and I am so happy I stumbled upon handful!!
This is my go-to everyday bra. Comfortable with good support for daily activities. If I need a little more support, I also have the double-down.
I own three Handful bras now and wear them everyday and while exercising. I have small boobs but a 38 inch back so I needed the large size to accommodate my back. The pads smooth out my imperfections and make my boobs look bigger so I use them. I am in love with the navy colored bra which I wear with jeans and all my dark pieces in my wardrobe while the Ivory is what I wear with my light colored tops. Nice!

Before double mastectomy, I had been a 34D for 25 years. It didn't cross my mind that, having gone flat, I would be anything but a 34AA, which would be a size small. It turns out that, due to my personal medical experience and build, I lost several inches of circumference after surgery, even though I have a muscular back. I am actually a 31 now, and needed an XS, which I never would have considered a possibility. I recommend measuring yourself before ordering!
Finally a bra and pad system that works! This is the third brand I have tried after bilateral mastectomy with flat closure. I am slender and petite and had smaller breasts to begin with before surgery. Everything else I tried was annoyingly too big for me even in the smallest sizes available. No more bras riding up and slipping away from my chest or pads that literally look double the size of my originals. I like that the pads are proportionally fitted to the bras. They look natural and are comfortable. Thank you Handful! This won’t be my last purchase.

Finding Handful bras with the "regular/original" pads was literally life changing: they were the key to changing my post-surgery appearance from slightly lumpy to just enough of a curve and smoothing out that I still feel natural and comfortable and look like I have nice small boobs, without feeling fake. I'm not hiding my lack of bodaciousness. I'm just smoothing it out with a slight curve!
This was a replacement for a bra I had a problem with. It is perfect. Comfy and cute. I have probably 15 of these bras in many colors. Love them!
I have been buying these bras for YEARS! Started buying them for sports use, but now they have become my everyday bra. As I get older though, pulling on a bra over my head gets harder. I would love a bra with a simple front closure - - not all the major hardware, zips, etc. that is found on most front closure bras.

My second one in this size and color. Love these for comfort and adjustability- unfortunately its a tradeoff for support. Ive worn handful for over 10 years but am phasing out this brand in my wardrobe. There are few of the Handful bras other than this one i can wear anymore as they are not adjustable.
I’ve been using Handful Adjustable as my everyday and workout bra for almost 15 years now! I’ve found the most recent bras to be the most consistent in sizing and quality, so keep it coming!

After my mastectomies, getting my handful bras was great. It was a relief to feel more like myself. The pads are lightweight, and sometimes I even forget I have ‘lights out’ forms on, rather than the real things. The bra is super comfortable. Much more comfortable than wearing silicone breast prothesis.

The Adjustable bra is my go to - for marathon training and running, for the gym, for everyday. I love that the Adjustable makes my flat chest look like I have just a little something without looking unnatural. I have several Handful bras in many colors, and patterns, all of which are super flattering, and this is literally the bra I wear 99% of the time! I'm 5'8" and about 118#, and I wear an XS (though size S works in a pitch).
