I love that these pads are stackable so you can adjust your look based on what you have going on that day and what type of outfit you're wearing. I'm bilateral mastectomy w/o recon. and wear 2 pads for everyday, 1 (or none) for working out) and sometimes 3 if I want to fill out my top more. They wash up very easily and air dry quickly.

LOVE the handful bras. I really like the original adjustable, especially after a lumpectomy, and could step into and pull up. Summertime, I wear the FAV bra as a swimsuit top. Flatters my small chest.
I had a bilateral mastectomy with a flat closure. Many prosthetic inserts are heavy and unnatural looking. Handful original inserts are enough to give me subtle shape and light enough to feel comfortable. Love that I can add a thinner insert to “build” up, if I need.
I have been wearing your adjustable bra for many years and it is my favorite sports bra out there! Thank you for making such a great sports bra!
Works well for giving be a figure after mastectomy.
The pads fit well in my normal bra and are very comfortable. However they do tend to inch their way out after a while. I have ordered some sew-in pockets and hope that will help the issue.

These pads are such great quality. I never really "need" an extra pair but this deal was too good to pass up getting a free pair of pads with purchase. I'll definitely use them in other bras where they're pads are lacking quality.
As a double mastectomy person without reconstruction, these pads work perfectly for me. They stay put and give me a natural silhouette and shape. They fit in one of the many bras I have tried over the years and they work great. Yeah!
These pads do not move and do not have to be adjusted like other pads. I now have 3 pairs and love them!
I have used these for over 10 years. They fit perfectly in bras and the padding is the perfect amount.
I have bought several pairs of these and I replace all the pads in my workout tanks or body suits with them. They stay in place and give you a subtle lift.

Love them, love the awareness around breast cancer as I have a friend Toni which has had a breast removed and you would never know because she doubles up pads on one side. Im thankful and grateful:)

These pads are the best, most comfortable and most natural looking pads I found after having a mastectomy 5 years ago. (I have an expensive silicone prosthesis but it is heavy and hot!) You can use more than one pad in a bra pocket -- they fit and don't move. I got several for my left mastectomy and then 6 months ago I had to have a left mastectomy. I called to see about ordering pads for just my left side and it was easily done. Thank goodness for Handful, a company that understands and supports survivors!

Being able to buy extra pads has been great! As a breast cancer survivor I’ve replaced the pads in all of my “regular” bras with the Handful pads. They help me look symmetrical and feel confident. I’m so thankful for this company.
I have been wearing Lights out since they were not called Lights out (although I do like the name). They fit nicely in my workout tops and make me feel comfortable being around others in what could be an uncomfortable or embarrassing situation.
I didn't think I could be impressed with bra pads, but I am! I will most likely buy more to replace some of the padding that came with other sports bras.

Bought these to add "headlight" coverage in some un-padded bras, and they are amazing! Smooths everything out, creates a silhouette that's both modest and alluring at the same time. I keep one in each bra (I alternate 4) and they wear & wash brilliantly. Love, love, love them!
These are absolutely the best pads for enhancing your fitness tops and bralettes! They are durable and natural looking and so much nicer than the freebees that come with most fitness wear. I have several pairs!
Ordered these to replace inserts in other bralette's that are sold with flimsy pads. These are much better quality and have a bit of lift. This quality and design are appreciated.
Ordered 2 pairs of original pads and so glad I did. Followed the suggested sizing and was perfect for me (size Small for 34 A/B). Popped the old pads out that came with my sports bras and placed these in their place, so comfortable! Love that this material seems like it can’t come apart when compared to the small thin pads that come with some sports bras. The original sized pads are perfect for my shape and look appropriate for me. They give me a little shape when previously some of my sports bras have flattened me more than I like. Also they don’t move around at all during my CrossFit workouts.
I love love love these bra pads! I use them to replace the cheapo pads in my non-Handful bras. They are THE BEST!! I’m using a photo of the black pads for this review, instead of the beige, because the beige ones are already in a swimsuit top!

Great customer service! I noticed when I switched the thin medium pads for original medium pads in the Fav bras I bought, they tended to curl up a little at the edges so I reached out to ask about it. They immediately sent me two sets of original small pads for free and they work great! Thank you so much!

EXCELLENT!!! No more messing around with flimsy cups that come with most other bras and bathing suits. These are so easy to add/remove and give just the right amount of coverage, balance and comfortable support. Love them.

I just use one insert on each side, it helps add some shape to my silhouette after mastectomies. These are the best bra inserts I have found. Excellent quality and durability. Mostly, tear drop shape adds to a natural look.
Love these bra pads. I order an another thin as I like to use them with my workout bras. I also ordered an Original to see how it would look and I love it! These are well made, comfortable and look natural.
Bought these for some non Handful bras that have a smaller 'pocket' for bra pads. They work great and work for this bilateral mastectomy non reconstructed chest. They hide the indentations left by the scars, grateful. Thanks Handful folks!
