Handful pads are made from polyurethane foam & polyester mesh.
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with like colors. No bleach or iron. Do not dry clean.

Perfect coverage for my sport bras.
Perfect for sports bras
I wear an A cup size so I order small Handful Bras - they are a bit tight but stretch out fairly quickly so they become comfortable after a few wearings. I prefer the XS thinner pads, and wish there was an option to choose pad size.
I love the option to have different size pads for the bras. But, I wish we could select the pad size when ordering. I wear small bras, but XS pads and have to order additional pads for by bras while having no use for the small pads that come in the bras.

Great support and not too padded
I am 77 and have spent tons of money on bras but never found one I would wear all day. Until now. My daughter has almost 20 of these bras and told me about them. I thought I'd give them a try. I am so glad I did. This is the MOST COMFORTABLE bra ever! I ordered another right away. The fabric is so soft and stretchy. I could go on and on about every aspect of the bra. Shipping was super fast and the return policy is generous. But I doubt you will return them. The best asset is this is a woman run company! They understand! Try them you will be a fan.

With lots of surgeries and a bi lateral mastectomy years ago I was left with lumps and bumps. These thin pads make me look smooth. They wash great and the quality is excellent highly recommend.

I tried 2 different bras + inserts after my double mastectomy in 2021. Expensive and too big for my body size. Introducing to Handful bras+inserts at Transitions in the Providence Portland. PERFECT fit and now have 5 bras to wear. Thanks for your product.

I happened onto this website as I was looking for replacement bra pads for my workout and everyday bras. I ordered the thin in small and really like them a lot. They are very well made and very comfortable. These are worth a try!

These are the best bras and bra pads I have ever found. I've been wearing the Adjustable bra for about 10 years. Now my teen children are wearing the ones I have grown out of- they're still in decent shape after all these years of regular use! I started buying the bra pads separately and replacing the inferior pads in bathing suits and other bras because Handful pads are so very superior.

I love these. Please offer different sizes with the bras themselves! I am very busty and I don't need extra padding so it is wasteful to me- to have an extra set lying around that I will not use and had to pay extra for.

I use these thinner pads to supplement the other pad on the side with a partial mastectomy. I’m now balanced!

Finally bra pads that actually fit and last! I've been on the search for pads to add to my sports bra that all come with those crappy liners that fall apart and tear and after going through several options, these are the best quality, fit, and price! I'll be ordering more to add to my other bras!
After having a bi- lateral mastectomy a few years back I had to wear larger tops, and no more tanks because I was sunken in places and bumpy in others, due to a lot of previous surgeries and scars. The pads that come with my bras don’t fit right. After searching I found handful and took a chance and ordered the thin pads in both colors in a large. Best decision ever made. These pads form to your breast’s and make them appear smooth. Now I wear smaller tops and tanks again. I just love them. Thank you Handful!

Too much projection for flat women, if someone hugs you, they deflate which is a little weird.
